Deze ultra schitterende top coat oogschaduw in Sparkling Platinum voegt een extra dimensie en glitter-effect toe aan elke oogmake-up look. De 1,5 gram formule kan zowel als standalone product gebruikt worden als over andere oogschaduw lagen voor versterkte sparkle en glamour. De platina glans transformeert elke oogschaduw tot een luxe, diamantachtige finish die light weerkaatst.
