it was my first time using these products - they were recommended by my esthetician doctor. Again - I am fortunate to have big healthy hair but still after my 40's I observed the lack of volume and the coarse hair and also I started loosing much more hair than usual. So this solution I used it uniform on my scalp on the root of my hair and I stayed like this all night ( put a towel on your pillows just in case because usualy it stays in the hair and it gets absorbed very fast into the hair) and in the morning I washed it with the Vichy dercos voluminous and the Neogen conditioner. The hair keeps its freshness and is very shiny and healthy for about a week. Then you repeat :))
